Malofsky & Schwartz’s residential and commercial real estate practice areas include representation of individual and business clients across a spectrum of real estate related transactions. We guide our clients from the initial negotiations through the complexities of obtaining financing to the closings and even beyond the closing to clear up final issues and answer final questions. We work closely with other experienced professionals (e.g. tax professionals, engineers, etc.) so that we can offer an interdisciplinary approach to provide the level of experience, creativity and responsiveness our clients seek.
We represent buyers, sellers, investors, refinance borrowers, mortgage companies, banks, private lenders, landlords, tenants, property owners, and developers with a variety of challenges, questions and issues involved with real estate and mortgage transactions.
