Brett Malofsky

Brett Malofsky graduated from Kingswood-Oxford School (West Hartford, CT) in 1985, Union College (Schenectady, NY) in 1989 and Albany Law School (Albany, NY) in 1992. He also received his Masters of Law & Letters in International Banking Law Studies from Boston University in 1993, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1993.

Brett founded Brett L. Malofsky, Attorney At Law in 1995, which became the firm of Malofsky & Schwartz in 1998 when Elizabeth A. Schwartz, Brett’s wife, joined him.

Brett is currently the Area Director for BNI Massachusetts – Worcester County, as well as a member of the BNI Golden Givers Chapter, where he has served in all Leadership Team roles over the years. Brett is also a current board member of the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts, as well as a former board member of Congregation Beth Israel and the New Jewish Academy. He is the past board President of Camp Fire Boys & Girls.

 

Elizabeth Schwartz

Elizabeth Schwartz grew up in Worcester and graduated from Worcester Academy in 1985, Bowdoin College in 1989 and The Dickinson School of Law in 1992. She received her masters in taxation from Boston University in 1993, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1993.

Elizabeth is a partner in the firm of Malofsky & Schwartz and the firm was founded in 1998. She and her husband, Brett Malofsky, work with clients in the areas of estate planning, probate law, business law and commercial and residential real estate.

Elizabeth currently lectures and volunteers at the Center for Women & Enterprise. She has lectured for the Massachusetts Bar Association as well as S.C.O.R.E. She is also a founding member of the BNI Auburn Profit Rockets where she has served as President, Vice-President and as chair of the Membership Committee.

 

Linda Brennan

Linda Brennan graduated from Worcester’s Fanning Trade in 1985 having concentrated in information processing, and from Becker Junior College in 1987 with her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. In 1992 she received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Worcester State College.

Linda is the Paralegal for the firm, and has worked for Malofsky & Schwartz, LLP since January of 2005. She assists both partners in the areas of estate planning, probate, business law, and commercial and residential real estate.

Linda is also a Notary Public.
